How does my coach meet with me?
|
| You coach will meet with you on scheduled phone calls and also
be in contact with you on impromptu calls as needed as well as via
email exchanges and your personal Intranet that we establish for
your investment projects. |

| You and your coach will schedule your twelve coaching sessions to
coincide with you project activities. All twelve sessions must be
completed within the six-month period following your acceptance into
the program. Additional sessions beyond those included in the
program are available for an additional fee. |

How long does each meeting last?
|
| Each call is scheduled for thirty minutes of focused discussion on
your project. Sometimes calls can extend well beyond thirty minutes
if your coach senses you need additional support to handle a
particular challenge or opportunity facing you. |

What if I have questions in between my
scheduled meetings?
|
| When you register in the program, we establish a coaching/client
Intranet site for your use. The intranet allows you to exchange
messages and chat online with your coach. In addition, you can
call your coach and leave a message in voicemail; your coach will
attempt to return your call and answer your questions promptly. |

How is the Coaching Intranet used?
|
| You will use the coaching Intranet to track your projects, record
details of potential investments, establish investment budgets and
track spending. Using your password, you will be able to communicate
with your coach on a regular basis through this site. |

| Coaching generally works for most people unless you are "uncoachable".
(Take our coachability test now).
Even uncoachable individuals typically extract benefit from
the mentoring side of the program; sometime just having a
non-judgmental mentor to bounce ideas off is the most effective
means to achieving continual forward progress toward your goals.
However, if you feel at any point the program is simply not working
for you, just let your coach know and he/she will make adjustments
in the program to accommodate your preferences and/or recommend an
alternative coach. If nothing works, your coach will arrange to
refund the balance of your fees and withdraw you from the program. |

| Yes, your initial coaching session before registration into the
program is complementary. This mini-coaching session is a way for
your coach to see if you have what it takes to succeed as a client
and for you to get a good feel for how coaching might help you. |

What if I have very little money to
invest?
|
| Your first few sessions will be dedicated to coaching you on ways
to leverage other people's money to finance your investments. Part
of your initial consultation may be spent exploring your financial
options. |

Are there any risks investing in real estate
while in the program?
|
| All investments involve risk and real estate is no exception.
Joining this program is a way to reduce your risk of loss but it
cannot guarantee every investment you make will be profitable since
the ultimate decision on your investments is yours and yours alone.
By using your coach wisely, you can significantly reduce your
exposure to any potential loss although market changes are beyond
control. |

What is included in the fees for the
program?
|
In addition to the scheduled meetings with your coach, each
program includes additional materials designed to help you maximize
your return on your investment in the program. You'll receive a
copies of "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" and
"The Practical Real Estate Investor", which we use in both
programs. Your fees also include the setup and management of
your program Intranet, as well as time spent in discussions with
your coach outside of your scheduled meetings.

If my plans get delayed, can I
reschedule my coaching meeting?
|
| Yes, your coach will accommodate rescheduling your meetings
provided you give 24 hours advanced notice of a need to make a
change. This is the fairest way for everybody involved in the
program. |

What happens if I miss my meetings?
|
| Life happens and we understand that. However, you will need to
schedule your meetings so that your time with your coach is
uninterrupted by life. If you fail to meet with your coach at the
agreed time, your coach may try to reschedule follow-up call or add
a little extra onto your next call. |

| Coaching can work for you no matter where you start out in real
estate investing. If you are an absolute beginner you probably have
a few misconceptions to overcome as well as a whole boatload of
self-doubt. More experienced investors benefit from coaching at a
different level since they have already moved beyond the self-doubt
stage. |

Will my coach be training me?
|
| Yes, in the capacity of a mentor, your coach will offer advice,
suggestions, tips and guidance; how you choose to act on the
recommendations offered will be up to you. In the JumpStart Program,
your Coach will work on introducing you to one or more specific
aspects of investing that are aligned to your own personal goals and
objectives. In the Millionaire Real Estate Investor Program your
Coach will focus on helping you further develop your investing
business along the path to a million. |

Is The Program Open To Anyone?

| Yes, anyone can apply for entry into the program. However, space
in the program is limited so openings are allocated on a first-come,
